27 February - Week 4 of Beginners


WOW! Week 4 for the beginners who started this February! They have put in so much work, including extra practice at home. I love it! That repetition of the movement will help your body get comfortable with the steps and start building that muscle memory.

Next week, we start the final intake of beginners for awhile. Week 1 begins anew on 6 March.
