If you ever need a hit of feeling accomplished, look no further than a clogging class. Your body and your brain will be flooded with dopamine! Yes, your first few clogging classes may feel a little overwhelming but this is totally normal as your feet learn the new moves and your brain gets acquainted with the nomenclature. It will all feel natural in a few short weeks! Each lesson will reinforce what you learned the previous week and build on those moves with a couple more new steps. The cue sheets uploaded after class each week are easy reference for the step names. From here, you can refer to the videos for any steps that you need a reminder on.
